The course of Salles-sur-Verdon is a brand new concept that we propose you with our
all-terrain electric scooters
. During this walk, you will discover the particular history of the village of Les Salles-sur-Verdon with its recent constructions and an architecture mixing the modern and the traditional Provencal.
Allow yourself a few breaks along the way to admire the region’s iconic landscapes and the diverse vistas that surround you!
This all-terrain electric scooter ride will delight adults and children (from 12 years old), who are fond of nature and Provencal panoramas!
Take time to contemplate the surroundings as well as the island of the lake, the island of Costebelle.
In addition to the green landscape and the turquoise water of the lake, you will discover the emblematic history of the village of Les Salles-sur-Verdon in connection with the construction of the EDF dam.
The particularity of this village is that it was engulfed in the 70’s just after the construction of the hydro-electric dam of EDF, creating the 4th largest artificial water reservoir called the lake of Sainte-Croix.
Built on the course of the Verdon, this lake attracts more and more tourists and makes the beauty of the landscapes with its azure blue color but especially that of the village of Salles-sur-Verdon which overhangs it.

"Around the Lake
This electric scooter loop is accessible to everyone from 12 years old and lasts about 2 hours. You will ride along a part of the lake of Sainte-Croix. The opportunity to discover numerous spots, beaches and wild creeks while immersing yourself in the heart of pine and truffle oak forests. Come and take a deep breath of fresh air during this family walk between lake and Provencal paths !

"On the heights of the lake
With an “aperitif & sunset” formula.
This itinerary in trott’elec is a little more technical and thus intended for people from 14 years and having already participated in one of our other courses.
This looping route starts from the village of Les Salles-sur-Verdon to the pretty village of
Aiguines
even higher up. An unusual walk that will make you discover sublime panoramas with an exceptional view of the lake of Sainte-Croix.
We take you to discover this small perched village and invite you to take a break around an aperitif while admiring the sunset and the horizon that welcomes the dusk.

Aiguines enjoys an exceptional location in the mountains with a spectacular view on the lake of Sainte-Croix.
Located in the heart of a green and preserved nature, this village has a private castle overlooking the lake and dating from the Renaissance.
A wide range of activities are possible in the vicinity of this commune such as climbing, bungee jumping from the Artuby Bridge, as well as numerous hikes.
Our trott’élec ride is ideal to discover this village full of character with its typical Provencal streets.
How does the Valensole course work?
Half-day itinerary, about 2 hours walk:
- Meet at our office located at the nautical base of Les Salles-sur-Verdon. You will be welcomed by our guide who will accompany you and advise you throughout the walk.
- Put on your equipment and take control of the machine before setting off on your adventure!
- Follow the guide, take breaks, enjoy the landscape and the lake of Sainte-Croix.
- Option of a sunset aperitif if you are on the “On the heights of the lake” route.
- Finish the loop and return to the room where you will return your equipment and your e-trot before resuming your day (or evening).
